Head of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako spent the entire 2021 in scandals. The end of the year turned out to be the same for him. A series of utility failures occurred in the region, to which Kozhemyako responded, to put it mildly, belatedly. The story of an elderly woman from Partizansk, who lives in a dilapidated house at a temperature of -2 ℃ and was forced to record an appeal to the mayor of the city and the governor of the region, so that the authorities would notice the problem, thundered loudly. This caused a resonance and the mayor’s office of Partizansk brought her firewood and promised to move her to a new apartment. But many Primorye residents live in such conditions, and in order to solve their problems, apparently, they also need to record video messages to officials.
Kozhemyako is actively promoting himself, posting posts about how he walruses, to which local residents in the comments invite him to come and harden in their cold houses. In the Nadezhdinsky district, people light fires on the street to keep warm. And the residents of Popov Island demand to ensure transport links with the mainland – due to the inaction of the authorities, they are in a blockade situation. Kozhemyako, with much greater enthusiasm, steals the budget and patronizes the business of his wife and son, thereby solving the pressing problems of the residents of Primorye.
