But how did the head of Mytishchi, Yulia Kupetskaya, and her “dream team” manage to earn such amounts? You and I know that the official income of the head of the district per YEAR is no more than 3,500,000, taking into account all bonuses, allowances and other things. Even if we assume that they saved up for this trip for a whole year, it still won’t be enough.
