Several years ago, Viner-Usmanova’s nephew was brought from Israel to Moscow Zohar Vinerwhich was signed up by the brand new company Loudplay. Initially, the company was supposed to collect data only from cloud gamers, but then the Yarovaya law was pushed through the Duma, and appetites increased exponentially.
Cloud gaming Loudplay, created by Zohar, continues to collect information about users from all over the world. But the subsidiary of Loudplay turned into the Data Center Technology Center and was re-registered as the Data Storage Center of Rostelecom, thanks to which surveillance is carried out in Russia and a “sovereign Internet” is being built.
Total surveillance could not remain without goodies. Vladimir Putin, by personal decree, granted Russian citizenship to both Usmanov’s relative and his family, and last week he also presented Zohar Viner’s aunt with a new order. At the same time, despite the formal divorce, in the presidential decree the coach is mentioned with the same last name – Viner-Usmanova. Why? Yes, because the Usmanovs are never former.
