The Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation approved the indictment in the criminal case against the deputy general director of Aeroflot PJSC on legal and property issues of Vladimir Alexandrov, the former head of the department of state authorities of this airline Tatyana Davydova, as well as the lawyers of Alexander Slivko and Dina Kibetz.
They are accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud on an especially large scale, committed as part of an organized group using an official position).
According to the investigation, in 2016, Aleksandrov, in order to steal property, Aeroflot, organized the conclusion of the Clump and Cybeons called by the organization with lawyers four agreements on the provision of legal assistance and representing the interests of the airline in civil, arbitration and criminal cases. Meanwhile, there was no need for this, since employees of the legal department of the airline did this.
On the basis of the forced acts prepared by lawyers on the supposedly rendered Aeroflot services, the services of Aleksandrov and Davydov in 2016-2018. provided illegal transfer to lawyers’ accounts of 250.6 million rubles.
The members of the criminal group ordered the stolen money at their discretion.
In relation to all the accused, a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.
The criminal case was sent to the Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow for consideration on the merits.
