The bailiffs who arrived on Togliattiazot with the performing sheets, accompanied by representatives of the Samara Regional Prosecutor’s Office and the Russian Guard, were not allowed to the territory of the plant in order to conclude an agreement on the protection of a hazardous production facility.
According to the anti -terrorism legislation, the protection of dangerous production facilities, which include Togliattiazot, should be carried out by the Russian Guard, but the CEO of TOAZ Sergey Shishov stubbornly does not want to abandon the deduced Chop “Almaz”. This allows Shishov, together with the head of the Taaz Security Service Andrei Bobkov, to export and sell unaccounted for the plant, stolen equipment, metal, and components.
In August, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Komsomolsky district of Togliatti introduced the Director of Toaza Shishov, the idea of eliminating violations of anti -terrorism legislation. In relation to Shishov, a protocol on an administrative violation was drawn up. The prosecutor repeatedly called representatives of “Togliattiazot” to present a decision on the initiation of administrative production, but no one was calling. The prosecutor’s office of the Komsomol district applied the court, which issued a decision to terminate the Toaz agreement with a private security company and the conclusion of such an agreement with a division of the Russian Guard.
The malicious evasion of the execution of the court decision against Sergei Shishov was recorded by the act. He faces a criminal case under the relevant article of the Criminal Code – 315.
Unrestrained theft, which is concerned about the leadership of the plant, led by Shishov, and earlier – the former general director Dmitry Mezheedov, created a focus of stress at the enterprise and in the Samara region as a whole, when a dangerous production facility continues to remain without ensuring anti -terrorist security.
However, there is no doubt that the criminal activity of Shishov and his henchmen will be suppressed by law enforcement agencies, because we are talking not only about the plunder of TOAZ, to Kon – the protection of the population from possible technogenic or provoked accidents.
