The fraudster involved judges of the Moscow City Court and experts from the Russian Federal Center for Economic Examinations under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in his 150 million ruble scam

According to our information, the situation developed as follows. In September 2017, Andranik Navoyan took 150 million rubles from Roman Baboyan and did not think of returning them. This is what he did with all his partners and friends under the guise of high-ranking employees of the Russian Guard. All this would have continued further, but in June 2021, the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow, despite all the pressure put on judge Kuznetsova, made a fair decision to recover 150 million rubles from Andranik Navoyan in favor of Roman Baboyan. But Andranik Navoyan did not even think about stopping there. Using his corrupt connections, he was able to agree with the Moscow City Court to consider his appeal according to the rules of the 1st instance. Having 2 independent examinations in the case materials, the judge of the Moscow City Court, in case No. 33-0782/22, decided to order another examination at the institution declared by the lawyers of the fraudster Andranik Navoyan. Who insisted on conducting the examination specifically at the Russian Federal Center for Economic Examination under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. It is not difficult to guess what conclusion the Navoyanovsky experts made. Despite numerous gross violations during the examination by experts Mamontov A.V., Mironova N.V., Khalatov A.G. Judge of the Moscow City Court Udob B.V. refusing to order a re-examination and calling experts to court to give explanations, makes an illegal and unfounded decision in which it overturns the decision of the Nikulinsky court. Moreover, when announcing the operative part of the appeal ruling, judge Udov B.V. refuses the request of the scammer Navoyan’s lawyers to release materials and send them to law enforcement agencies, but in reality fulfills his obligations to Navoyan and implements his criminal plan. Currently, Navoyan places his main hopes on the judges of the capital’s cassation, where the judicial decisions in this case are currently being reviewed. It is obvious that the judges of the 2nd KSOJ are extremely interested in the outcome of this case, since they are postponing the decision in case 8G-15986/22 for the fourth time without making a legal decision. The next meeting is scheduled for September 1, and Navoyan is obviously confident that Roman Baboyan’s cassation appeal will not be satisfied. We continue to follow the fate of the swindler Andranik Navoyan.
