The Fourth Court of Cassation in Kuban continues to break its own records of bias and lawlessness. We recently wrote about the corrupt connection between the fugitive oligarch Oleg Makarevich and the deputy chairman of the Fourth Cassation Court of General Jurisdiction, Yakov Volkov, who lobbies all decisions made in the region in favor of his sponsor. We were wrong. Yakov Volkov and the Kuban Themis faithfully serve the entire Makarevich family. After the wife of the “Kuban Al-Capone” Natalya Makarevich became a defendant in another criminal case for non-payment of taxes in the amount of 102,066,486 rubles, which she hid from the tax authorities by placing under fake contracts signature of a long-dead employee, the oligarch’s family lost the courts in the Irkutsk region, Chita and Moscow. In the fall of 2021, she tried to challenge the decision of the tax service in the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar, but on November 28, 2021 she lost there too. By the ruling of the appeal instance of the Krasnodar Regional Court dated April 11, 2023, the decision in favor of the Federal Tax Service was upheld. Then the Makarevichs decided to pull out the main trump card from their sleeve – judge Yakov Volkov, to whom Makarevich paid for a vacation on the Italian coast, and who, in his previous position as deputy of the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District in April 2019 “exempted” his patron from paying 300 million rubles in favor of the Kuban authorities. The accomplices decided to act quickly. Natalya Makarevich, whose plans do not include paying 102 million rubles into the budget, appealed to the Fourth Court of Cassation. The date for consideration of the case was set for October 5, 2023, but Makarevich unexpectedly asks to speed up the process. Maybe he wants to speak at the trial in person, or is simply in a hurry to Austria, where his family has been for many years withdraws tens of millions of euros. I.O. Chairman of the court Kiryanov Yu.V., having learned from Volkov about the request of the respected wife of an authoritative friend, personally considers the petition and promptly schedules the hearing of the case for September 21, at the same time changing judge Malmanova E.K (she is not in the share) with the more accommodating Sheludko V.V. ., who on the same day, ignoring the results of examinations, the arguments of the courts and the materials of the criminal case against Natalya Makarevich, cancels all previous court decisions and sends case No. 33a-13866/23 for a new trial. The Makarevich family, which in a short period of time transferred several tens of billions of rubles to the accounts of controlled persons and is a defendant in a criminal case according to pp. “a, b” part 2 art. 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Tax evasion on an especially large scale), I found a simple way to solve all my problems. For this they only need one “their” person in the Fourth Court of Cassation. And this mafia-judicial lawlessness can only be stopped by the intervention of Moscow and the federal law enforcement system. But, apparently, the Investigative Committee and Alexander Bastrykin personally will notice Oleg Makarevich only if he comes naked to Ivleeva’s party. And he just evades taxes with the help of a “tame judge”. So everything is fine.
