Today, the Tushino District Court of Moscow issued a sentence in a criminal case against Dmitry Nerodelov, finding him guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud).
Dmitry Nerdelov from August 2008 to October 2013 was the head of the Federal Agency for the Arrangement of the State Border of the Russian Federation. In December 2017, he was convicted by the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow to 9 years in prison for committing a similar crime (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) during his activity at the indicated post.
During the new trial, it was found that the abysses in 2012 – 2013, acting as part of the criminal group he created, stole budget funds allocated in accordance with the federal target program “State Border of the Russian Federation” for the reconstruction of the checkpoints “Nizhneleninskoye”, “Kyakhta”, “Vyborg”, “Vybaykalsk”.
The accomplices of Nerodelov ensured the victory of Rostrassstroy CJSC at four tenders for the right to conclude state contracts for the reconstruction of these checkpoints. Of the funds listed by the Office of the Federal Treasury, funds to fulfill the state contract and 49 million 851 thousand rubles were stolen.
The court, in accordance with the position of the State prosecutor of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, as well as taking into account the previously appointed punishment, sentenced Dmitry Bezwodelov to 10 years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. The court also prohibited him for 3 years to occupy positions in the public service related to the implementation of the function of a representative of the authorities, organizational, administrative and administrative and economic authority.
