It is also known that in addition to him, several other people are involved in the fraud case, including Vladimir Yakushev, an employee of the Moscow Scientific and Practical Center for Narcology, and Mr. Brun’s deputy at the Association of Narcologists.
How it turned outquestions to Brun appeared several months ago. Then the prosecutor’s office sent materials to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about the purchase of equipment and reagents for testing citizens. After conducting an inspection in December last year, the FAS opened a case against several supplier companies, among which were Bitest LLC, MediaTrade LLC, Impulsmed LLC, Medgorod LLC, Imperia LLC, Alltest LLC, Global Park LLC, Majesty LLC, Trustmed LLC, Narcolab LLC and Pharmpost LLC. The antimonopoly department suspected that the companies had entered into an anti-competitive agreement, which was implemented in three dozen trade procedures: from 2017 to 2019, the companies participated in tenders for the supply of medical diagnostic devices, as well as the necessary consumables for detecting drugs and alcohol. The total value of the contracts amounted to 125.7 million rubles. The agreement consisted of a refusal to compete among themselves and a minimal reduction in the initial cost of the contract. At the same time, MediaTrade LLC was checked for affiliation with the leadership of the Association of Narcologists.
