The first department for the investigation of especially important cases of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the city of Moscow is investigated by a criminal case, on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of security that entailed by negligence of the death of a person).
According to the investigation, on September 9, 2021, a woman, a woman and a minor daughter were delivered to various hours of a residential building located on a residential building located on a state farm in the city of Moscow, in various watching medical institutions of the capital with signs of acute intoxication. Despite the full complex of necessary medical care and resuscitation actions, it was not possible to save the grandmother and the teenager. According to preliminary conclusions of forensic medical examinations, the cause of death is acute poisoning with chemicals.
Investigators of the metropolitan unit of the IC of Russia with the participation of employees of Rospotrebnadzor and GICHS conducted inspections of grocery stores in which the residents of the house purchased food products. Financial and economic documentation, biological tests of products, flushes from surfaces, air and water samples were seized. With the participation of specialists, inspections of the apartments of the specified house were carried out, water samples, air, dishes, household chemicals, drugs, food products, including the remnants of the watermelon, were taken. More than 40 chemical forensic examinations for objects seized during the inspections of the scene of the incident were assigned.
Currently, the priority version of the investigation is: violation of the rules during disinsection in the chain grocery store.
The employees of the company’s disinsection of the grocery store were questioned, documentation was received, the seizures of substances used in this procedure were carried out.
Currently, a 39-year-old employee of a private company, which carries out one of the types of disinfection of the premises of the retail space, was taken to the department of the department, where investigative actions are carried out with it. The investigation continues.
