The Federal Security Service (FSB) of the RPSPROSENTED ADDIDED with an approved list of data in the field of military, military-technical activity of Russia. These and other data are not state -owned or secret information, but, according to the FSB, “can be used by foreigners against the security of the Russian Federation.”

The list of information for which a person can be recognized as a foreigner consists of 60 points. It, in particular, entered:

Information on the assessment and forecasts of the development of military-political, strategic (operational) situation;

On the deployment, armament and numbers of the army and units of law enforcement agencies;

On the “construction and development” of troops and military units;

Information about the procurement conducted by the army;

Data on compliance with legality and moral and psychological climate in the troops;

Personal data of military personnel and members of their families;

Data on quantum technologies and artificial intelligence technologies in the development and production of new weapons;

Information on the results of research on the creation and modernization of weapons, military and special equipment;

Information about the problems, including financial and economic, restraining the development of Roscosmos.

According to the law, individuals and unregistered public associations that conduct political activities and receive financial or organizational assistance from abroad can be recognized by foreign agents. Those who fall under the criteria are required to submit an application for inclusion in the list of foreign agents. They should also provide the Ministry of Justice with data on the use of money and property that received from foreigners.
