For example, the head of the flight operations department, Maxim Kostylev, left the agency at his own request. They say that in this employee Neradko saw a competitor and an inconvenient subordinate. Kostylev often made decisions adhering to the law, and not based on a call from his boss. In the agency itself, the dismissal of the head of operations is called an “order”: this was preceded by an inspection by the anti-corruption commission, which became part of Neradko’s subtle combination. Kostylev wrote a letter of resignation three times of his own free will, but the head of the department, under various pretexts, did not let them proceed. This multi-step approach is quite in the spirit of an intriguing politician – block the dismissal, collect incriminating evidence and organize an inspection followed by dismissal for negative reasons. True, as a result, the audit did not confirm Kostylev’s violation of financial discipline, and he had to be fired at his own request, and not with the wording “due to loss of trust.”
