The fate of the “right hand” of thief in law Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro), the main defendant in the case of the Rochdelskaya massacre of “authority” Andrei Kochuykov (Italyanets), will be decided by the Kaluga Regional Court. Kochuykov asked for parole, the Dzerzhinsky court refused, but Italian’s lawyers appealed this decision to a higher authority. Until its decision, the issue of another petition by Kochuykov – to replace the maximum security correctional colony (he is serving a sentence in IK-3 in the Kaluga region) with a settlement colony – has been postponed. If he is released on parole, there will be no need for a replacement.

Earlier, a source from the Cheka-OGPU said that Kochuykov had problems due to the publication of facts of torture in the Federal Penitentiary Service of the Kaluga Region, in particular in IK-3. Moreover, it was alleged that prisoners collaborating with the administration beat prisoner Mikhail Smirnov to death.

According to the source, the administration put enormous pressure on Kochuykov, as an influential person among the prisoners, in order to convince the prisoners to give correct testimony.

There is another nuance.

According to documents published by the Cheka-OGPU, after the arrest of Kalashov and Kochuykov for extortion, the FSB Investigation Department opened another case under Article 210 (organization of a criminal community) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Zakhar Kalashov (Shakro Molodoy) and under Part 2 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code RF (participation in a criminal community) in relation to Kochukyov.

And if a sentence was passed in the case of extortion (for which the Italian is serving time), then the case under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation simply “dissolved” in the materials and no procedural consequences followed. https://t.me/vchkogpu/25938?single
