The company “Lukoil-Centrnefteproduct” occupies a dominant position in the territory of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia discovered that the Nizhny Novgorod “daughter” “Lukoila” was implemented in small wholesale fuel for regional farmers at different prices at one period of time, correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The company will be appointed in accordance with the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia. 
We are talking about violation of paragraphs 6 and 8 of part 1 of Article 10 of the Law “On Protection of Competition”, which are directly prohibited by the creation of discriminatory conditions and the unreasonable establishment of various prices for the same goods with dominant business entities.
The department reported that LUKOIL-Centernefteproduct LLC was implemented by diesel fuel in this segment of the oil products market at various prices.
It is also noted that Lukoil-Centernefteprodukt occupies a dominant position in the region.
