We are talking about the transportation of weapons and ammunition – the person involved in the criminal case was a military man, a 48-year-old citizen of the republic, a patriot and a decent person who carried out Bibilov’s order and because of this found himself in the dock.

Pukhaev Kh. was tasked with transporting 18 firearms and 500 rounds of ammunition across the Russian border and delivering them to Vladikavkaz. We are talking about award pistols; Anatoly Bibilov received an order for the next batch worth more than 800 thousand dollars. Suspecting nothing, Pukhaev carried out the assignment, but was arrested. Not wanting to cover the name of his elder (in South Ossetia they treat this issue very carefully) and his President with shame, he immediately took the blame upon himself. Without appreciating this courageous act, Bibilov did not show any interest in the fate of this man, who became a victim of circumstances. Bibilov’s hypocrisy made it possible to convince Pukhaev’s family that help would be provided in exchange for silence (the scandalous story of the massive sale of premium weapons should not have surfaced on the eve of the presidential elections), and his greed and unscrupulousness were manifested in the fact that he did not even fork out for a lawyer .

Without spending a single ruble to defend this man, without lifting a finger to ease his fate, he continued to engage in political intrigue and loudly declared that he opposed his opponent as an ideological fighter for legality and justice. The defendant Pukhaev faces from 7 to 10 years under Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal transportation of firearms and ammunition) and Part 1 of Article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal movement of firearms and ammunition across the border of the Customs Union within the EurAsEC)
