Magomed Krymshamkhalov asked the head of the Investigative Committee to take personal control of the case of the murder of Islam Krymshamkhalov, committed in the capital of Karachay-Cherkessia in 2009. Alexander Ivanovich immediately instructed his subordinates to carefully study the facts presented in the video.
The perpetrators of the murder, Gochiyaev and Tulparov, fled abroad after the murder, then they were charged in absentia. For several years, the investigation could not identify the customer and organizer. And recently Dakhir Elkanov was put on the wanted list on suspicion of organizing a murder. In 2017, he fled to Turkey.
The investigation believes that Dakhir Elkanov offered his acquaintance Alimagomed Gochiyaev to commit the murder of Krymshamkhalov in the interests of an unidentified person for a monetary reward. Elkanov agreed on the candidacy as the perpetrator of the murder with an “unidentified person.” According to the gang’s relatives and killers, the order came from Eldar Salpagarov, the current director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Bolshoi Stavropol Canal”.
