Kirill Markevich, the ex-deputy head of administration of the former governor of the Perm Territory Viktor Basargin, who hid in the United States from corruption charges, left his agents in the region. Who continue his work: they engage in blackmail from their parliamentary seats. One of these is deputy of the legislative assembly Ilya Lisnyak.

In 2015–2016, under Basargin, Markevich served as an adviser to the governor, and then as deputy of the administration of the head of the region. Checked in corruption scandals, information blackmail. For example, with the help of his partner Ilya Lisnyak (at that time a member of the youth council at the Perm City Duma), he organized a parallel structure to keep the leadership of the regional capital in check.

Lisnyak and Markevich especially “distinguished themselves” promotion “Voodoo Dolls” campaign. They tried to launch kits with needles and photographs of world politicians so that Permians could pierce their eyes and send curses. The frontwoman of the action was the now famous “political scientist” Alina Zhestovskaya (then Lvova). Perm residents met this crazy obscurantist action with hostility, and it had to be quickly curtailed.

At that time, Markevich’s partner Ilya Lisnyak not only promoted Basargin through his bot-infused public pages on VKontakte, but also managed part of the assets of his pro-government comrade. For example, he was the director of Online Media LLC, whose co-founder was Markevich’s mother, Nina Anatolyevna. In general, the boys had close contact.

After Markevich fled to the United States, Lisnyak himself decided to fill the niche of a media blackmailer. Thus, during the 2016 elections, he offered “information cooperation” to Perm Duma deputy Nadezhda Agisheva. She refused and warned through social networks that there would now be negative publications addressed to her (and this is what happened). A little later, the owner of Perm Cardboard LLC, Alexander Boychenko, contacted law enforcement agencies with a similar statement: Ilya Lisnyak extorted money so that nothing would be published about the enterprise’s environmental problems.

Now the public pages controlled by Lisnyak are actively posting information that is openly speculative in nature. It is clear that no one has come to an agreement with Lisnyak and will not.
