Editorial Board of the Cheka-OGPU continues analysis of publicly posted information on the Internet postal archive Advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Stanislav Fedorov, full-time “fixer” under Vyacheslav Lebedev.

According to the source, one of the intermediaries who has attracted attention is a certain Vladimir Vladimirovich Konovalov, a lawyer at the Moscow City Bar Association.

During the analysis of the mail archive of Fedorov S.I. The editors found 6 letters dated June 19, 2020, sent from Fedorov’s personal address fedorov.stanislaw@gmail.com to Vladimir Konovalov’s email address vladimir_konovalov@kvv-law-office.ru. All of these letters contain an appeal ruling of the Tula Regional Court on a major dispute over the division of jointly acquired property. As a result of the consideration of the dispute, the decision of the court of first instance was canceled, and a new judicial act was adopted in the case.

The letter itself addressed to Fedorov S.I. was sent by the Deputy Head of the Department for Interaction with the Public and Media of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, Alexey Latseyko, about whose corruption schemes the Cheka-OGPU wrote earlier, from his personal email lacio@mail.ru.

In turn, an unidentified person who contacted Latseyko A.S. is someone using the pseudonym “Sebostian Pereiro”, as well as the email address eboktula@mail.ru.

The security forces have yet to clarify the role of S.I. Fedorov. and Latseyko A.S. in resolving this dispute and the reasons for finding this “difficult” judicial act in their personal mail archives, as well as establishing the role of V.V. Konovalov. in the criminal community headed by S.I. Fedorov.

Also, during the inspection of the mail array belonging to S.I. Fedorov, a letter dated June 30, 2020 was discovered, received by Stanislav Fedorov to his mailing address fedorov.stanislaw@gmail.com with an application for review of judicial acts due to new circumstances.

Based on the analysis of this statement, as in the situation with Konstantin Strukov, the client of the law firm “Yustina” – InterTrading LLC – appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court (having previously assigned the case to the well-known tax dispute judge O.Yu. Parshukova) with a statement of revision of judicial acts.

A special cynicism of this situation is added by the fact that, as follows from the properties of the file, the application for the revision of judicial acts was edited by S.I. Fedorov. at your workplace, on a computer belonging to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
