The contents of the mailbox, as well as the number of “solvers” it contains, of this 30-year-old prodigy, reveal the corrupt connections of the adviser to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation both within the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and outside it, indicating a direct connection of the young solver with many leading legal Moscow companies.
Thus, during the analysis of a mail archive publicly posted online, the editors discovered a letter addressed to Alexey Latseyko (lacio@mail.ru), deputy head of the department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for interaction with the public and the media. The letter is dated October 26, 2022 and contains a file – “certificate on case No. 33–38825/2022”.
The said certificate contains information on the case being considered at that time by the Judicial Panel No. 4 of the Civil Cases Collegium of the Moscow City Court, indicating the date of consideration of the case “11/16/2022, 15:30 (room 403), after adjournment.”
As follows from the contents of the certificate and file cabinet of the Moscow City Court, the prosecutor filed a claim for the invalidity of the marriage between Anastasia Trubnikova and Andrei Vadimovich Trubnikov due to its fictitiousness.
The certificate contains a specific task “Cancel the court decision, satisfy the prosecutor’s claim,” which was implemented with the help of Stanislav Fedorov and Alexey Latseyko.
It is noteworthy that the “resolvers” and lawyers-authors of the certificate (Elizaveta Z. and Egor K.), emboldened by their own impunity, working in one of the leading law firms in Moscow, did not even bother to remove their names from the file properties, retaining their full authorship data document.
According to the Cheka-OGPU, law enforcement officers are currently carrying out operational and technical measures against lawyers aimed at recording traces of the crime and bringing them to criminal responsibility for mediation in bribery.
