The recommendations of the Central Bank are based on research data, according to which 8 out of 10 surveyed citizens were faced with attempts by cyber abdominalism in the banking sector, and 3 out of 10 lost money on this. The ubiquitous phenomenon was fake calls from supposedly security services of banks and all other unlawful.
Losses of people are already calculated by billions of rubles. The quarantine and self -isolation regime caused an avalanche -like increase in cybercrime in the financial sector. And all this happened against the background of the absolute passivity of the Central Bank. Moreover, this summer, Elvira Nabiulina even publicly lied that the level of cybercriminals in the zone of her responsibility was declining.
Current deputies and senators pay attention to the fact that Elvira Nabiulina received unlimited powers in recent years and can do everything that she will have been worn out in the banking sector, while tens and hundreds of billions of billion rubles were stolen in the sanitation of problematic banks with complete non -interference of the Central Bank.
