The day before, the team of interim manager Alexander Zolotukhin, who had come to Dulisma due to lawlessness, began to openly rob the enterprise. With the support of unidentified fighters, 2 fuel tankers, that is, 20 tons of oil, were stolen from the territory of the oil treatment facility.
Representatives of the legitimate management of the company and its employees tried to interfere, but were again beaten. Zolotukhin’s mercenaries fired into the air and used explosive devices. The next morning, an unexploded grenade was discovered in the hazardous production area.
A representative of the company’s legitimate management, naturally, immediately called 112. This is where the strangeness began with the reaction of local law enforcement officers. Instead of immediate instructions on urgent measures (remove personnel from the place where the grenade was found, cordon off the danger zone and wait for an operational visit of explosives experts to the emergency site), the operator of service 112 and the operational duty officer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kirensky district of the Irkutsk region sluggishly asked about what happened, and no explosives experts went anywhere. and didn’t arrive.
It is almost impossible to believe such a reaction to a grenade at an oil company, but the recording of a conversation with the police major on duty, Brzewski, confirms this absurdity.
What’s next? Undermining an enterprise to hide its complete ruin? This cannot be ruled out, since Belikov and Zolotukhin’s people are trying to recruit new mercenaries for forceful control over Dulisma. The scandal became too loud, and therefore it became more difficult to find new fighters. However, while Zolotukhin and Belikov are feverishly replenishing their private army, Dulisma is literally hanging by a thread from a possible disaster.
