As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU and Rucriminal.infoin Zaryadye Park there is an extract from the certification protocol of the director of the State Autonomous Institution of Moscow “Zaryadye Park” Ivan Demidov on industrial safety, allegedly passed by him in the Rostechnadzor commission.
Interregional Technological Directorate of Rostechnadzor, represented by acting the head of M.A. Cheuzov, having learned about its existence and checking it, found that such certification was not carried out and the corresponding document was not issued.
Rostechnadzor filed an application with the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Central Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow about a crime under Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (forgery of documents).
This statement from Rostechnadzor eventually reached the Police Department for the Kitai-Gorod district of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Central Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow (hereinafter referred to as the Kitay-Gorod OP), where a refusal was issued.
However, the Tverskoy Interdistrict Prosecutor made a decision to cancel the decision of the Kitay-Gorod Office to refuse to initiate a criminal case on this fact due to the incomplete scope of verification activities.
