The seller with the declaration no longer needs to undergo an examination of the goods, receive some kind of state registration certificate or be marked in the traceability system of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, he simply sells his incomprehensible goods. In this case, under the guise of a dietary supplement.
Naturally, importers are especially guilty of this. In Russia, such scams are detected by Rospotrebnadzor at the stage of market launch. It is unclear why the regulator still does not control all sales, from pharmacies to online. Perhaps there is a need for further adjustment of legislation regarding the control of online sales of food products. It may be worth considering abolishing the voluntary declaration of food products that are supplied in capsules and powders and are clearly not just food.
