For the first time, it became known back in April that the regional television top manager, together with the now former channel director Svetlana Ogneva, might be involved in some criminal acts.
The publication’s source in law enforcement agencies clarified that at this stage the investigation was able to prove damage in the amount of 15 million rubles, however, evidence is now being collected for other amounts of money, so it cannot be ruled out that Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud) may be added to the charge. .
Under Article 285, which charges the deputy director of the Primorye State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, she may face a fine, forced labor or imprisonment for up to four years. Now the TV boss has been chosen as a preventive measure in the form of restricting certain actions, this decision was made by the Frunzensky District Court of Vladivostok last week.
