At the trial, Romanov’s lawyers said that their principal was not evading the court’s decision, but simply cannot leave Russia due to the fact that he is vaccinated with a domestic vaccine and is afraid that he would not be allowed into Germany due to the lack of a certificate for it in the EU. In turn, the court noted that 1.5 years was enough to provide documents. Not to mention the fact that Romanov has two additional citizenships-Germany and St. Chits and Nevis, and he moves around the world with a German passport.
While in Germany, justice is slowly moving, in Russia the circle of interests and equity holders of the case against the owner of the “three whales” Sergei Zuev was clearly identified. Arsen Kanokov never heeded the warning that Zuev expressed in his open letter. Kanokov continues to help Romanov re -register assets to his company LLC Capital Privor – South. This suggests that from a respected politician, the head of the republic, a solid businessman, kanokov comes to the status of a purchaser of stolen property – hucksters.
Dmitry Kondrashov and Alexei Kireev help Romanov and Kanokov from the power bloc, who, referring to the agreement with the Moscow Region prosecutor Sergei Vesaturin and his deputy Oleg Cherskov, are trying to initiate the initiation of a criminal case against Zuev, thus depriving him of the opportunity to protect their rights. Dear employees of the prosecutor’s office, it would be worthwhile to figure out on what basis they are trying to “cover” such activities on their names.
The name of the head of the Main Investigative Department of the IC for the MO Alexander Starikov, and the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region Viktor Paukov, also sounds in this connection. Having designated such a “group of equity holders”, Romanov and its nominal director Alexander Mordovich, apparently, are trying to raise their own significance and intimidate people trying to defend their rights to assets and the three whale shopping complex.
