The Crip Techno company, which is trying to seize the buildings of the former Aleksandrovsky semiconductor plant in the city of Aleksandrov, has interesting owners. Initially, the founder was Moscow real estate speculator Alexey Timofeev; in April of this year, the shares were transferred to the real owners of the company. Today, the main shareholder of Crip Techno is Stepan Melkonov, the son of the escaped banker Semyon Melkonov. Melkonov Sr. led the Sudostroitelny Bank (SB-Bank) that went bankrupt in 2015 (before that, other credit institutions). For seven (!!!) years, law enforcement officers considered Melkonov as a witness, and only in the summer of this year they established that it was he who was the final beneficiary of 37 billion rubles (more than $500 million) that evaporated from the bank. All this time, Semyon Melkonov lived quietly in Moscow, managed the real estate removed from the bank’s balance sheet (one of the objects, the Azovsky shopping center, was managed by Timofeev) and received Canadian citizenship. And only recently he left for Canada, where he is now hiding from investigation.

The owner of the factory premises has been trying to oust Crip Techno for several years now, since he receives from the tenant several times less than what is due. But “Crip Techno” declares that there is no way to expel them (despite repeated court decisions), since they are fulfilling the State Defense Order (GOZ), which is so necessary for the country – although the Ministry of Defense directly denies this. In the meantime, Crip Techno uses the existing premises for the production of plastic windows, subletting, etc.

The main goal of the company’s owners is to seize all the real estate of the former plant. “Crip Techno” even tried to initiate a criminal case against the owners of the building for “illegal eviction” in March 2022, but was refused by the investigator of the Investigative Department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Aleksandrovsky District, E.N. Kuraseva on 30 sheets. In April, when the real owners of Crip Techno (Melkonov Jr.) came into their own, the same investigator, under the leadership of the head of the investigation, E.A. Ignasheva, in collusion with Crip Techno, initiates a criminal case (on 2 sheets) on almost the same grounds on which she wrote the substantive refusal. If previously the prosecutor’s office somehow monitored the situation around this story, then the Aleksandrovsky city prosecutor Andrei Antonov, appointed in the summer, denies all complaints about this UD. The feds, who are currently investigating the case of tens of billions stolen from SB-Bank, will very soon get to this topic – although it is already obvious who in Aleksandrov and Vladimir is covering up the cases of bank fraud and real estate fraud. The signatures of all these people are on the documents in the fabricated criminal case.
