According to investigators, Mr. Maslov from 2019 to 2021 exceeded his official powers and illegally wrote out various bonuses and incentives to himself. By this, he caused the budget of the Chukchi Autonomous Okrug for more than 8.9 million rubles.
Mr. Maslov was detained at Anadyr airport on December 8.
