The country’s space industry is emerging from obscurity. While the new head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, is raking up what is left of his predecessor, big bets are being made on him. There are no questions for Borisov’s person – Doctor of Technical Sciences, on the sidelines he is called one of the most technologically savvy in the Government.
