Lawyer Andranik Kichiyan, retired judge Larisa Chebanova, leader of the organized crime group Arkady Chebanov and his brother Mikhail successfully implemented their criminal plan, the preparation of which we talked about earlier.

According to the lawyer, the police officer was aware that he was committing a malfeasance and therefore deserves special gratitude.
The bandits assumed that if they handed over 1 million rubles. in one envelope, then the boss will take everything, and the distinguished employee will remain without gratitude. Not according to the concept.
