The company that owns the popular Shokoladnitsa chain may be involved in the case of demolition of buildings on the territory of the Timiryazevsky food technology park. Gallery-ALEX LLC submitted a corresponding petition to the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal on January 14. The company is concerned about the fate of the facility on the street. Pryanishnikov in Moscow, where he has been renting premises for more than 20 years. Over 900 people work directly in the production of products to supply all network points in the Capital Region, as well as for delivery throughout Moscow. In total, the company employs about 4,500 workers. The organization, whose revenue in 2022 alone amounted to 15 billion rubles, is included in the list of systemically important enterprises. In addition, she entered into contracts with the capital’s Department of Health to provide food to medical institutions.
Gallery-ALEX LLC is confident that if the premises of the technology park are recognized as unauthorized construction, “the work of the Shokoladnitsa coffee shop chain will be significantly hampered.” The serious socio-economic consequences of this will affect not only the interests of the network’s numerous business partners, but also government interests in the food sector.
Earlier, the head of Adapt Invest JSC, which owns Timiryazevsky, Vadim Krischenko sent a statement to the prosecutor’s office about the illegal actions of the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow (GIN), which initiated the demolition. He presented evidence of the corruption component and signs of a raider attack in the actions of the State Tax Inspectorate. In fact, petty officials from the State Inspectorate, taking advantage of difficult geopolitical times, when all attention is focused on the conflict with the collective West, are participating in the redistribution of property, destroying entire enterprises and threatening the state’s economy. Krischenko also testified that he had already “twice received offers to purchase the Adapt Invest facility, the only food cluster in Moscow that provides food to the largest catering chains and shopping centers.
In addition, testimony about the desecration of the Russian flag was sent to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. At the end of November 2022, the State Tax Inspectorate, without waiting for a court decision, initiated the demolition of the humanitarian aid collection point for Donbass residents in Timiryazevsky, where the state symbol was erected. In addition to the flag, humanitarian aid worth 700 thousand rubles was destroyed with an excavator bucket.
According to some information, other serious tenants may be involved in the GIN case against Timiryazevsky, also on the latter’s side. In particular, they are called Azon LLC, one of the top suppliers of IT solutions for the public sector, and Fabrika Farsh LLC (Miratorg), owned by the Linnik brothers.
