The co-owner of the St. Petersburg Holding “Adamant” Boris Berson was charged with violation of the requirements of the use of cultural objects. The charge was brought against the backdrop of searches carried out in the Adamant. Earlier, the court repeatedly brought Mr. Berson to justice for the improper state of the historical house of Alexei Cherkassky (Ritter).

a criminal case, initiated on the facts of violation of the requirements of the legislation on the protection of the house of A. Cherkassky (Ritter), which is an object of cultural heritage. Currently, the charge of committing a crime under Art. 243.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was presented to one of the founders of Adamant CJSC Boris Berson, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided. A criminal case has also been instituted on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence) on the fact of improper performance of their official duties by officials of the KGIOP and the property relations of the administration of St. Petersburg, which also caused significant damage to the monument and violated the protected interests of the company and the state. “
