The co -founder of the company “Clean Line” Gagik Evoyan was arrested in the case of illegal deer hunting. The internal affairs bodies received information that in the forest near the village of Bykovo Dmitrovsky city district, unknown people carried out the illegal production of four deer individuals, as a result of which the hunting resources of the Russian Federation was damaged by more than 40 thousand rubles.
On this fact, the investigator of the inquiry department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Dmitrovsky city district opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal Hunting”. As a result of operational-search measures, police officers of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Dmitrovsky city district on suspicion of illegal hunting detained Evoyan and his two acquaintances.
During the searches at Evoyan’s place of residence, the police found and seized 10 units of smoothbore and rifled weapons, ammunition, an SUV, on which illegal hunting was carried out, and a minibus transported by carcasses of the murdered animals
In addition, when examining the territory of the farm belonging to him, a burial ground with the remains of animals that were seized for examination was discovered.
