A group of agricultural enterprises “Resource” decided to increase the agricultural land in the Saratov region.
As it became known to the correspondent of The Moscow Post in the Saratov region, the GAP “resource” of the scandalously famous businessman Viktor Nauruzov acquired the other day 30% in four legal entities registered in the Saratov region. These offices belong to local businessmen: we are talking about Klin-2002 LLC, Belopolskoye LLC, Sadko LLC and Averro LLC, and the buyer was the RZK Resource LLC, which is part of the Resource Food Prozhekt JSC. The beneficiary is not disclosed, but the business is headed by Vladimir Nauruzov, the brother of Viktor Nauruzov.
It seems that Mr. Nauruzov set himself a “noble” goal-to buy as many agricultural vehicles as possible. And it’s good if without the ruin of the previous owners, but most often – especially recently – the “chicken king” takes everything, to the last thread, as was the case with the famous ex -billionaire from Tataria Ilshat Tukaev.
The country’s food security?
The company of the Nauruzov brothers was created more than 20 years ago, when the federal center arose about the country’s food security. The Government of the Russian Federation decided to start from the most affordable source of protein – chicken meat.
And Viktor Nauruzov began to restore poultry farms in the Timashevsky district of the Krasnodar Territory.
He united several agricultural enterprises into a single production system: this was how GAP “Resource” was born. For 2005-2008 Nauruzov invested more than 3 billion rubles in the development of GAP “Resource”.
And soon the agricultural holding already included 1 elevator, 2 feed factories, 4 incubation complexes, 6 tribal and 14 broiler enterprises, as well as 3 poultry -processing complexes. From the Krasnodar Territory and Adygea Nauruzov began expansion at the Stavropol and Karachay-Cherkessia.
After the purchase of a loss -making “Stavropol Boiler” and the launch of the poultry farm in Nevinnomi GAP “Resource” began to produce about 80% of all poultry meat in the Stavropol Territory.
Then the company started the expansion in the Central Chernozemye. With the “Tokarevskaya” poultry farm, everything went as usual – they restored a ruined enterprise – they received new loans from Sberblings. But with the purchase from the company “Prioskolye” “Inzhavinsky Poultry”, GAP resource “resource” had reputation problems.

The fact is that the “resource” came with its order and forced 400 people to write statements of his own free will. 5 managers of the sales department wrote a collective statement to the prosecutor’s office, after which labor inspections began. Together with the scandal in Inzhavino, the Nauruzov brothers had to go through the courts with Rosselkhoznadzor about the corruption of land in the Stavropol.
But GAP “Resource” continues the expansion.
Today, GAP “Resource” takes the first place for the release of Broiler meat in the country. It works under the brands “Blackyar”, “Smoke-Dymych” and “Our Bird”.
The last asset of billionaire Tukaev
Some time ago, GAP “Resource” also appeared in Tataria in order to take control of local poultry farms. But not Nauruzov himself acted, but a man from his environment – a certain Vitaliy Vasko.

This is the poultry farm “triber -product”, the feed factory “Reproduct” and the Samara “Timashevskaya poultry farm”. The activities of all three industries are combined into a single cycle.
Vitaliy Vasko gradually bought up agricultural business Tukaev and FAIZOV.
And after the poultry farms to control the native of GAP “Resource”, the Odtex oilfield company has passed.
By the way, Orteks built the oil and gas infrastructure for Tatneft, Lukoila, Transneft, Rosneft and Gazprom.
The company had a large fleet of 400 cars and its own certified laboratory. And the total revenue of businesses exceeded 13 billion rubles.
However, since 2018, the group of companies began financial difficulties. So Tukaev lost his head company Ortex, with which he began a multimillion -dollar business.
Tukaev’s assets did not go to his main creditors – Rosselkhozbank and I will be able to might.
Ultimately, they went under the control of Nauruzov.
Who “squeezes” “Rasskazovo”?
And they say that Mr. Nauruzov has the very relationship to the “squeezing of” agricultural holding “Rasskazovo in the Tambov region.

Owners of the holding Galina and Vyacheslav Paranyuki: they are the owners of several businesses with a total revenue of 6.6 billion rubles and 27 thousand hectares of pure chernozem, and the largest assets are agricultural holding “Romanovo”.
The group of companies also includes Lipovka LLC (growing grain crops), Shoblyi LLC (cultivating oils of oilseeds) and Oil Base LLC (wholesale fertilizers and agrochemical products).
But the married couple has a conflict. And outwardly, everything looks like a banal section of property in which most of the husband goes. And the agricultural holding shows a keen interest to Dmitry Biserov – a “pocket” competitive manager Viktor Nauruzov.
Viktor Nauruzov, with his reputation as an aggressive buyer, has already begun to implement his plans to capture “Rasskazovo”. GAP “Resource” is valid according to the proven scheme: the redemption of debts of enterprises through the Rosselkhozbank, obtaining the status of the main creditor and the subsequent sale of assets.
And to act in brazenly allowed him to close ties with the Deputy Prime Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev and the head of Rostec Group of Companies Sergey Chemezov.

The explanations are simple: Patrushev 8 years was the chairman of the board of the RSHB, with whom GAP “resource” actively cooperates, and the wife of Mr. Chemezova had a share in the GAP “resource”.
Salmonella from Nauruzov
Apparently, a huge number of “acquired” companies prevent GAP “resource” from monitoring the quality of the products?
In the products of Mr. Nauruzov, they find Salmonella, and then pathogens of botulism, as was the case in the Tambov province: “Finnish” from the GAP “resource” turned out to be a great surprise!
They began to carry out a comprehensive check after the mother and daughter died in the Nikiforovsky district of the Tambov region: poisoning was associated with the use of sausage “Finnish salami” production of Saratov meat processing plant “Resource”. A criminal case was instituted. “About Tambov”.
For the analysis, they took the samples of the “Salyams of the Finnish TM Dym Dymch” in the Pyaterochka stores in the Tambov and Voronezh regions. All samples showed the presence of clostidia (exciters of deadly botulism).
The causative agent of botulism was discovered in the products of Saratov MPC Resource LLC.
But not only in the sausage of Mr. Nauruzov, deviations are revealed, but also in other products. And in the carcasses of Broiler, salmonella is often found.
In the Sverdlovsk region, cases of acute intestinal infection were recorded after the use of products of the Tokarevskaya Poultry Fabric OJSC, which is included in the GAP resource. Rospotrebnadzor found Salmonella in the meat of Stavropol Broiler LLC. And even near the “Stavropol Broiler” a polluted plot was discovered, from there complaints from residents were received at a terrible stench.
