The Cheka-OGPU were the first to talk about the corruption scandal in the Moscow Arbitration Court, the main defendants of which today are the judge of the 7th judicial panel Olesya Dubovik and her husband. According to our sources, for many years Judge Dubovik behaved defiantly with her colleagues, citing the high-ranking position of her husband, an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation. The family couple, using their own official position, over the years of painstaking work, organized an established scheme for resolving commercial disputes, which involved not only judges of the Moscow Arbitration Court, but also many other judges in the Moscow region.

As the Cheka-OGPU learned, as a result of operational and technical measures, the electronic correspondence of the Dubovik family for 3 years of diligent work was confiscated. It seems that the combination of a judge and a security officer still allows you to sincerely believe in your impunity and uncontrollability by anyone, so to the surprise of the service officers, the married couple both freely discussed the orders they received, the performers and the results, and directly entered into correspondence with the judges and their intermediaries for discussion of tasks.

The information received may become a reason for expanding the number of persons involved in the corruption case and extending the scandal beyond the boundaries of the Moscow Arbitration Court. Analysis of the correspondence revealed the involvement or mention of the deputy chairman of the Moscow Arbitration Court in corruption schemes Ayuna Tsydypovoy, judges of the 13th judicial composition Natalia Konstantinovskoth, judges of the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal Olga Gazhura number of judges of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District – the capital’s cassation.

Earlier, the Cheka-OGPU reported that the seized volumes of data included a discussion of the high-profile bankruptcy case of Terminal Service, in particular, on the issue of releasing the shadow beneficiaries of the oil company – Andrei Konyukhovsky, deputy chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Tver Region Alexander Klinovsky and their team from subsidiary liability for debts by 300 million rubles.

According to sources of the Cheka-OGPU, after information appeared about the seizure of correspondence with an unexpectedly extensive list of names, the leadership of the Moscow courts is discussing the issue of stopping the scandal behind the scenes through the voluntary resignation of judges and personnel changes. It seems that this fate first awaits the judge of the 4th judicial panel of the Moscow cassation Elena Filina Elena and her other colleagues from the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District. However, the situation is close to the point where Judge Dubovik’s case will become indicative before the main elections of 2024, as a demonstration of the fight against corruption in the courts. The final decision on the progress of the case will be given upon completion of identifying the participants in the created scheme and recording traces of the crime.
