The Cheka-OGPU reminds us of the GUEBiPK operative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Dmitry Dolgushin and his love for money (other people’s, respectively). Back in 2012, the then senior detective of the 27th department (thieves in law) of the Main Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Dolgushin, was approached by a man (who considered Dolgushin a friend) who had been kidnapped, beaten and extorted a large sum of money. For helping his friend bring the perpetrators to justice, Dolgushin asked for $10,000. Dolgushin received the money, but the victim did not see any help. In response to a logical request to return the money, Operator Dolgushin deigned to transfer 70,000 rubles from the card of his wife, Maria. And he asked me to forget about the rest of the money, until, they say, the wind is without stones.

According to this fact, in the proceedings of Art. Each time, 30 days pass (Kulikov issues all refusals strictly on the last day of the inspection), during which time nothing is done at all, and again the cancellation occurs. There is reason to believe that Kulikov intends to do this paper cycle until the Second Coming. Most likely, Kulikov’s management received an order to prevent the applicant by any means from getting acquainted with the inspection materials, which, among other things, contain the results of Dolgushin’s polygraph examination. The polygraph results are not at all in favor of the current police officer Dolgushin. In the meantime, Dmitry Aleksandrovich Dolgushin, an operative of the GUEBiPK Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, is responsible for ensuring economic security and combating corruption in Russia.
