The Cheka-OGPU publishes an audio recording of a meeting of Anatoly Chubais’s team – Dmitry Mints, Ilya Gulin (financial director), Elena Orlova (legal officer), Sergei Krychenko (“adjutant” of Anatoly Chubais) and Olga Butkova (financial director). These people came up with various schemes for Chubais for money laundering, tax evasion, etc. The topic of the meeting is important. Chubais built a mansion in the Moscow region. It took $47 million for everything, including the internal stuffing. The question arose about legalizing the mansion. But officially Chubais did not earn nearly as much. And so his team gathered and discussed what to do. Chubais can at most explain the waste of $7 million, which was framed as a fictitious loan from Mintsov. The team is thinking about how to fit this mansion into this amount, shut up the architect and everyone else, pay less taxes, legalize all fictitious transactions, etc. 
It’s impossible to count how many lineups those gathered are discussing. There is the legalization of criminal proceeds, the transfer of money abroad and back, a hidden family trust, fictitious transactions, undervaluation of a mansion, and a frank discussion of tax evasion from a transaction.
