The head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, Gorodkov, apparently defending the arbitrary actions of his subordinates – investigators of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, decided to “excuse” them and informed the commissioner in his written response 3/237700575823 dated April 24, 2023, knowingly false information that in relation to the Lift Plant and no investigative actions were carried out by his employees.
At the same time, the head of the Main Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, General Gorodkov, should have studied the materials of the contrived criminal case, where there is a record of a search carried out at the Hoist Plant, during which, in a seemingly economic case, Gorodkov’s subordinates seized technical and design documentation for unique products , invented and patented by Yaroslav Dmitriev – necessary for the Center for Applied Thermodynamics and other defense enterprises.
Let us separately remind General Gorodkov that this criminal case is already almost five years old, this case was transferred several times from one investigative unit to another (the legality of the transfer raises a big question among the public), until it “settled” in the “needed” previously convicted, allegedly “victim” “Zhavoronkov – to the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, but the essence of the criminal case remains the same – paralysis of the production activities of a system-forming plant and extortion from Yaroslav Dmitriev with the help of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow of more than 100 million rubles.
We should all not forget that this is what they once said to the designer and inventor Sergei Korolev: “We are the power here, and you are the *ovno” and who ultimately ended up in the memory of generations!
