The Cheka-OGPU learned who was hunting together with the prefect of the Central Administrative District Vladimir Goverdovsky at the hunting estate of the largest developer in Moscow, Pavel Tyo. The senior state hunting inspector of the Gagarinsky District of the Department for the Protection, Control and Regulation of Wildlife Objects and Their Habitats of the Smolensk Region, Alexander Petrov, served the official as a “hunting inspector”. It turns out that the fun of a developer with a dark past and his guests – officials, security forces and bandits – are met, equipped, accompanied, and then also helped to take the trophies home by those who, on the contrary, should control and protect the fauna. Goverdovsky had at his complete disposal: two huntsmen, one, Dmitry Usov, took the guest in a Trekol, the other, Vasily Andreev, on an all-terrain vehicle of the same brand, only a smaller model (this car was usually used to take away the carcasses of animals killed by hunters), was waiting for the master from Central Administrative District, and state hunting inspector Alexander Petrov accompanied the shooter and helped him aim.

However, the owners of the land kept the workers in business and lobbied for their appointment. For example, the director of Vostok LLC until 2021 was Alexander Petrov, who now holds the position of state hunting inspector. It becomes clear why he turns a blind eye to his duties and becomes a “squire” when the guests of his former boss arrive.
