The Cheka-OGPU learned that the investigation decided to delay the investigation into the case of the plane explosion with Yevgeny Prigozhin and the leaders of the Wagner PMC for years. To establish the exact causes and location of the explosion, the following examination has been appointed – to assemble the aircraft in fragments and pieces in the hangar. According to the papers, this could take years. Why on papers? As the Cheka-OGPU found out, in reality no one is going to collect anything. Soon after the crash, the wreckage of the plane was taken to the hangar of the Ministry of Defense, where it lies in an unsealed room without security.

After the jet with 10 people on board (including the leader of the mercenaries and his right hand Dmitry Utkin) fell apart in the air and crashed near the village of Kuzhenkino, the surviving debris was taken to a certain hangar. But not in a specially rented place for storing evidence from one of the most high-profile criminal cases of recent years, but in the premises of an organization associated with the Ministry of Defense. Is it worth reminding that Yevgeny Prigozhin had an open conflict with almost the entire army command?

The exact location of the Cheka-OGPU was found out thanks to the car in which parts of the aircraft were removed. MAZ belongs to Spetstekhnika JSC. The founder of the organization was previously another joint-stock company owned directly by the Ministry of Defense. The production of weapons and ammunition is located (according to OKVED) approximately 30 kilometers from the site of the plane crash along the M10 Moscow-St. Petersburg highway in the closed military village of Ozerny. An employee of the company confirmed that parts of the Prigozhin jet are indeed located on the territory of the organization, in production workshop number 3.

According to the interlocutor, parts and debris were both brought and thrown literally on the floor in the work area, where the equipment was purchased under a targeted program from the budget, funds from the Ministry of Defense and Rostec forces. The material evidence lies like a dead weight and not only is no one working on it, but because of the details, production is paralyzed. The source of the Cheka-OGPU claims that the leadership of the organization does not have any seals, instructions, acts or any documents at all. Requests to understand the situation are being ignored: the MNT-Aero airline is in the process of bankruptcy, and investigators and intelligence services are only shifting responsibility onto each other.

There is no record of those admitted to the material evidence, the parts themselves are not sealed and a wide range of outsiders have access to them for the investigation. In the meantime, the investigation assures all interested parties that the most complex examinations have been ordered and specialists for one of these studies are right now assembling the entire aircraft body from the wreckage. It is also noteworthy that in November 2023, the head of Spetstekhnika JSC was replaced. The new director came to the place from Moscow and manages the Repair Base JSC for the repair of aircraft instruments.
