The Cheka-OGPU learned that six months later, investigators finally found those responsible for the collapse of the underground tunnel of the Big Circle Line, which was opened with pomp by Vladimir Putin and Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in March. Four well-known builders are suspected of criminal negligence: Igor Averin, general director of Engineering Geology LLC, Ulyana Korableva and Valery Orlovsky, chief geologist and engineer of the same company, as well as the general contractor of Donstroy, Turkish developer and “friend” of Marat Khusnullin – Kuru Ramazan . The Cheka-OGPU was the first to say that all responsibility for the collapse and flooding in the section from the Michurinsky Prospekt station to the Aminevskaya station would fall on these companies. The damage from the actions of the “construction organized crime group” has already been calculated – more than 3.5 million rubles.

It took investigators 7 months to reconstruct the picture of what happened. On March 13, by order of Averin, a drilling rig with a group of geological engineers went to the construction site of the “Event-5” residential complex on Lobachevsky. A working Kamaz was driven close to the BKL, they began to drill a well and at some point literally crushed the concrete ceiling of the underground tunnel, after which a collapse occurred. Igor Averin and Ulyana Korableva were supposed to monitor the execution of work according to the regulations – they were not around at the time of the emergency. But engineer-geologist Orlovsky simply blinked and did not look where the driver was pointing the drill.

It is interesting that the work in the Sobytie-5 residential complex, the construction of which is being carried out by the well-known Donstroy, was carried out by Averin on the instructions of the Turkish “friends” of Marat Khusnullin – the contractor company ANTTEQ, the structure of Ant Yapi – the Turkish developer who built the Oko tower in Moscow- City”. Investigators found that the general director of Anttek, Kuru Ramazan, simply asked Averin to help him drill 5 wells 40 meters deep to collect soil. “Engineering Geology” easily agreed to become a sub-contractor of the construction without even signing the necessary contract. Allegedly, Anttek sent the documents, but they did not have time to review them. It turns out that the drillers were at the site on their own without any legal grounds, for which there are additional claims against them. Now they want to attract “Turkish friends” who allowed “outside” geologists to the site, in particular, a criminal offense under Art. 216 is shining for Kura Ramadan.
