The Cheka-OGPU learned that investigators are closer to solving the 10-year-old contract murder of the son of the famous lawyer Igor Lukonenko in St. Petersburg.

As Fontanka wrote, on December 5, 2013, lawyer Yevgeny Lukonenko was shot in the city center near his Audi. He and his father came to the attention of the media, and Lukonenko Sr. was involved in a high-profile case of a raider seizure of the plant together with the then deputy head of the Organized Crime Control Department, Vladimir Sych. It was not possible to find the killer in hot pursuit, and there were many possible versions, since the murdered man and his father were active professionally.

According to operational information, a criminal authority from the Moscow region, whom the media called “thief in law” Mikhail Aristarkhov, nicknamed Aristarkh, was put on the wanted list in the case of the execution of Yevgeny Lukonenko. He is known for the fact that a killer also attempted to assassinate him, only in 2008. By coincidence, Aristarkhov’s Porsche was driven by the administrator of his car wash, and the killer shot the driver, mistaking him for the owner of the car.

Fresh leaks from border guard databases indicate that Mikhail Aristarkhov left for Turkey in March 2022. According to the Cheka-OGPU, operatives are raising archival data about Aristarkh’s connections, with plans to interrogate a number of once active members of various organized crime groups in the Moscow region who were henchmen or were in contact with authority.
