From the email correspondence received, it follows that one of the regular customers of such services are representatives of the Moscow bar association “Magnetar”, from whom certificates with “desired results” are sent down the chain. Several of these certificates are related to the bankruptcy of the Moscow oil company Terminal Service, which the Cheka-OGPU wrote about several times before. Thus, the certificates sent to the judicial official contain the “desired result” in the form of the division of Andrei Konyukhovsky’s property in the divorce proceedings and the release of the beneficiaries of Terminal Service LLC (Andrei Konyukhovsky, Alexander Klinovsky, Dmitry Chvertkin and others) from the subsidiary liability of the bankrupt, who has accumulated debts for an amount of more than 300 million rubles. There are also a number of references regarding this case on other issues.
As we told earlier, during the bankruptcy of the Moscow oil company Terminal Service, it turned out that its secret beneficiaries were using the company to cash out funds and other fraudulent transactions. Based on the publications of the Cheka-OGPU, a criminal case was opened on deliberate bankruptcy, in which the involvement of the beneficiaries in the decision not to pay multimillion-dollar debts to creditors was verified. But after the courts sorted out the case and it became clear that the entire burden of responsibility would be placed on the beneficiaries, Konyukhovsky and Klinovsky turned to Moscow lawyers, who are known for dubious connections, for “special services.” Thus, the group of beneficiaries was represented in the disputes by MCA Magnetar lawyer Fyodor Gushchin, who was convicted of bribing a witness in the case historian-dismemberment Sokolov. Konyukhovsky’s interests are represented by the Deputy Chairman of the Board of MCA Magnetar and other colleagues who guaranteed a positive result for the beneficiaries.
Everything that was written in the “desired” section of the certificates and in separate messages sent by Konyukhovsky’s representatives without erasing personal data became a reality in the affairs of the beneficiaries. Thus, the judge of the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow, Vera Fokeeva, instantly divided the property of the Konyukhovsky couple, while the husband was left with one motorcycle and an apartment, and the wife was given apartments, shares and shares in companies worth more 500 million rubles.
Now the case of subsidiary liability of the beneficiaries of Terminal Service LLC is being considered by the judge of the 9th Arbitration Court of Appeal Olga Gazhur – as well as the chairman of the court Igor Gladkov – a native of the Arbitration Court of the Ivanovo Region. Due to a common past, Judge Gajur enjoys the loyalty of the chairman of the court. According to the source of the Cheka-OGPU, the “desired result” from the certificate was conveyed to Judge Gazhur through the chairman of the panel, Dmitry Vigdorchik, after which Olga Gazhur began to drag out the legal dispute and look for reasons to cancel the judicial act specifically in favor of Konyukhovsky, Klinovsky and their business partners.
According to the Cheka-OGPU, law enforcement officials documented the fact that an intermediary identified by the investigation received money for resolving the cases of Konyukhovsky and Klinovsky. Currently, law enforcement officials are taking measures to record facts of corruption among lawyers and judges who decided to help the beneficiaries of a bankrupt oil company using illegal methods.
