The Cheka-OGPU learned that after yesterday’s publication about criminal schemes with bonuses in the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Chuvashia Alexander Poltinin, Maxim Fedorov and several other employees involved in the criminal community, after consulting, began working on destroying evidence.
