He was convicted back in June 2021 for giving bribes to Anastasia Alekseeva, the ex-assistant of former Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. And recently, for some reason, Spector was transferred from the colony to the main pre-trial detention center of the Russian Federation.

Ukrainian citizens Kaev and Kovalsky, who were previously in detention centers in other cities, were brought to Lefortovo. Both were arrested at different times by the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol and until recently were kept under arrest in Crimea. Kaev and Kovalsky are accused of some kind of “attempted act of international terrorism.”
A resident of Melitopol, Igor Gorlov, was taken to Lefortovo. A year ago, he disappeared at the same time as the chairman of the Melitopol Kung Fu Federation, Andrei Golubev. Golubev’s wife wrote in April about the kidnapping of her husband, a former Ukrainian border guard, by unknown security forces.
Also, Ukrainian citizen Yanina Akulova was previously brought to Lefortovo.
