As a result of a joint special operation by the SEB of the FSB Directorate for Moscow and Moscow Region and the economic security department of the Transport Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Central Federal District, an active member of the criminal group, Sergei Bobyshev, was detained red-handed while receiving money for the implementation of a fraudulent scheme for the sale of state-owned land plots.
According to residents of the Rechnik village, it is Alexey Ermilov who is the leader of the criminal community and the main ideologist of fraudulent schemes for the seizure and resale of state lands. Facts of threats to witnesses and members of their families were recorded and suppressed. But as far as it became known, the activities of the organized group were the subject of attention of law enforcement agencies.
This may be due to the fact that previously the residents of the village repeatedly appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor’s Office. According to residents, Ermilov and Bobyshev are now threatening to cut off electricity to their homes.
Now Ermilov’s patrons are trying to influence the investigation and are taking all measures to remove the criminal case from the jurisdiction of the water transport investigation. Most likely, this is being done with an eye to transferring the case to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, where previously, for almost two years, absolutely all the statements of the injured village residents about the illegal actions of Ermilov’s group were suspended.
