The piquancy of the situation lies in the fact that this house is located on land plot 23:43:0135045 with an original area of ​​823 m², which on March 25, 2003, by Decree of the Krasnodar city administration No. 543, was granted to Natalya Eryomina, the wife of Sergey Eryomin. Over time (the ruler’s own hand), the areas “cut out” from the forest fund turned out to be fenced with the same fence as Sergei Eremin’s house. Eremin is a former prosecutor of the region and brother-in-law of Ustinov, the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District.

The article did not last even two days, when on April 28, at 13.00, Eremin filed a lawsuit with the Kubansky Court. On the same day, the material was presented to judge Anna Shevtsova. At around 15.00 she made a decision on interim measures in the form of removal of the material. And on the same day (late Friday) Roskomandzor declared the article about the corrupt official “information the dissemination of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation” and demanded its removal.
