Manizha Gurieva. All of them are accused under three articles of the Criminal Code – insult (Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and the use of violence against law enforcement officers (Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In addition to six police officers of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South-Eastern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow (Bartenev, Dobrovolsky, Kibakov, Kruchinkin, Kunitsin, Safronov), the victims were recognized as victims of the private security company “Vityaz Soyuz” – Abramov, Vydoynik, Smirnov, who also suffered during a brawl in the market. In total, after the massacre, 82 people were taken to the police department; at the moment, exactly a quarter of them have received fines and are preparing for forced deportation outside the Russian Federation. Operational measures are being taken with the rest.
According to the official position, when checking documents, 21-year-old Sukhrob Yusupov rudely reacted to the policeman’s demand to proceed to the department – the young Tajik began to beat district police officer Bartenev right at checkpoint No. 3 of the market, tore off his shoulder straps and tried to escape. The policeman blocked the road, and as a result, the migrant’s car ran into him. At that moment, Bartenev’s colleagues arrived, and a crowd of compatriots rushed to the Tajik’s aid. A group of migrants fenced off Yusupov, surrounded the patrolmen, who were forced to run to the shopping center and ask for help from the private security company employees, who maintain order in the market and often, along with local criminal elements, act as mediators and arbitrators during such conflicts. The top of the “Vityazi” is the link between the elders of the diaspora and the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This time, the security guards did not have time to hush up the brawl, and they themselves fell under the hot hands of an aggressive crowd, which usually does not happen – according to unspoken rules, none of the migrants have the right to attack the “Vityaz”, because they are considered “their own”. However, like the private security company, they also did not want to actively contribute to the detention of guest workers – they will continue to “work” with them and are on the market side by side every day. It was possible to calm down the angry crowd only thanks to reinforcements from the Internal Affairs Directorate.
As for the migrants, they stated that the police had violated the honor and dignity of a young but proud Tajik. He, in turn, did not keep silent and they began to beat him with their hands and with a stun gun.
