The Cheka-OGPU has acquired new startling facts regarding the ordered criminal case against the leaders of the defense company NPP Temp. When initiating a criminal case on May 16, 2016, the investigation indicated that the crime under Part 1 of Art. 201 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was committed no later than November 1, 2013. Then, officially, on the documents submitted to the case twice, the investigation indicated that the statute of limitations in the case expires on July 13, 2019, which means that the crime was committed on July 13, 2013.

The Presnensky District Court, in decisions dated December 2018, supported and confirmed by the Court of Appeal dated January 2020 based on investigation materials, indicated that the crime was committed in 2014.

Despite the expiration of the statute of limitations, the illegal indictment in the case was approved on December 18, 2019 by the First Deputy Prosecutor of Moscow Manakov, and already on December 19, 2019 the case was sent to the Savelovsky District Court. In court, the case was assigned to Judge Nikitin, who apparently tried to return the case to the prosecutor’s office, but Nikitin was immediately replaced by the chairman of the court, Makarenkov, with the more “accommodating” Neudakhin, who not only did not return the case to the prosecutor’s office, but also passed an illegal sentence, indicating that allegedly the crime was completed on July 13, 2017, in order to circumvent the expiration of the statute of limitations.

Neudakhin did not bother to somehow refute the illegal initiation of the case, but simply set other terms for the crime himself, most likely pursuing his own selfish goals. During the 3 years of the investigation, none of the participants named or discussed the date of the crime as July 13, 2017. Also, the judge of the Moscow City Court, I.O. Khorlina, was also subjected to mercantile interests, who quickly accepted the case for consideration with a gross violation (clause 3 of Article 389.11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure) and is galloping the case to a speedy conclusion with a guilty verdict until July 13, 2023, in order to meet its completion statute of limitations. But Temp and its leadership are resisting and are not going to complete the criminal case beyond the statute of limitations and will seek to justify their good name in full, as well as to bring to justice those who knowingly made a false denunciation and passed an illegal verdict.
