Today we will begin to introduce readers to the speech of Chubais himself.
The seminar took place on July 7, 2023. There are several things that are most noteworthy about it. Firstly, Chubais named Kvachkov, Strelkov and Prigozhin as possible persons for whom Russians would vote in the presidential elections. And, as in the book about “Ten Little Indians,” they all began to “drop out” literally after 10 days.
On July 17, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Art. 20.3.3 Code of Administrative Offenses on discrediting the Russian army. Kvachkov himself commented on this: “They will try to force me under supervision again, but here now they have charged me with administrative charges. They will try to make me feel horrified and give up my political activities.”
On July 21, Igor Strelkov was detained as part of a criminal case on calls for extremist activities (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
And on August 23, a plane with Yevgeny Prigozhin on board exploded.
Secondly, it seems that Chubais does not believe that in the current situation democracy can win in Russia and be accepted by the population. According to Chubais, in fair democratic elections, the losing side will be the democrats, since the population will choose not between oppositionists, but between “Prigozhin, Strelkov and Kvachkov.”
Thirdly, Chubais is confident that if we turn Russia into a “legal paradigm”, Western civilization (according to Chubais, since 2008, Russia has been an Eastern civilization), there is a high risk of losing the integrity of the country “with bloody consequences”, that is, Russian -Caucasian war, since the republics of the North Caucasus will not want to live in the “legal paradigm”.
