The Cheka-OGPU had at its disposal the materials of a simply “fantastic” criminal case, the main character of which was acting. Head of the Main Directorate of the Prosecutor General’s Office for Supervision of the Investigation of Particularly Important Cases Evgeniy Polonsky. Previously, he held the position of prosecutor of the Smolensk region and at that moment his office apartment was robbed. According to the case materials, Polonsky ordered the local FSB department to find the thieves. The security officers pretended to have identified the attackers. The Vladimirov mother and son were detained on suspicion of the crime. However, they categorically denied their guilt.

And then the fun began. Angered by this behavior, the prosecutor decided to personally and passionately interrogate the “villains” and obtain testimony from them. First, in pre-trial detention center No. 1 of Smolensk, right in the office of the head of the detention center, Mikhlik (a friend of Polonsky), he personally interrogated Vladimirov’s mother with passion. After which she confessed to the theft from the prosecutor. On May 29, 2019, Vladimirov the son also “confessed” in the basement of the pre-trial detention center. And on May 30, right in Mikhlik’s office, prosecutor Polonsky personally, so to speak, consolidated the testimony of Alexei Vladimirov, having already interrogated him with bias.

Now the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Smolensk Region is investigating a criminal case on the fact of causing bodily harm to Alexey Vladimirov in order to obtain a confession.

During interrogations (see document), Polonsky calls the events with Vladimirova a “personal reception” within the pre-trial detention center. But he categorically denies visiting Alexey. Only it turns out that the “top manager” of the Prosecutor General’s Office gives false testimony (and this is an article of the Criminal Code).

The employee at the pre-trial detention center checkpoint, who was on duty on May 30, turned out to be responsible and included Polonsky in the visitors’ log (see photo).

A source from the Cheka-OGPU said that the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Smolensk Region is under enormous pressure in connection with this case, and since it is not under the control of the Central Election Commission of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation and Alexander Bastrykin, the case began to openly “slip”, especially regarding “interrogations” Vladimirov, conducted personally by Polonsky.
